TEEN BIRTH RATES HIGHEST IN MOST RELIGIOUS STATES

MSNBC - U.S. states whose residents have more conservative religious beliefs on average tend to have higher rates of teenagers giving birth, a new study suggests. The relationship could be due to the fact that communities with such religious beliefs (a literal interpretation of the Bible, for instance) may frown upon contraception, researchers say. If that same culture isn't successfully discouraging teen sex, the pregnancy and birth rates rise. Mississippi topped the list for conservative religious beliefs and teen birth rates, according to the study results, which will be detailed in a forthcoming issue of the journal Reproductive Health. However, the results don't say anything about cause and effect, though study researcher Joseph Strayhorn of Drexel University College of Medicine and University of Pittsburgh offers a speculation of the most probable explanation: "We conjecture that religious communities in the U.S. are more successful in discouraging the use of contraception among their teenagers than they are in discouraging sexual intercourse itself."

young women have been tricked into not respecting themselves enough to be in control of managing their lives better. the words of the churchmen are very far from the word of God. the churchmen took great pains to remove the sacred female from her rightful place and substituted hierarchical domination by the male. false priestcrafters of every stripe and shade have convinced people NOT to put their own best happiness front and center on the stage of their own lives - they have most people wrongly convinced they are separate from God and are just lowly sinners and should put others before themselves.

and this is why self-ish-ness has been given an undeserved bad name.

only the person who loves him or her self fully as much as God loves them will actively seek NOT TO HURT OTHERS, because only that person will see clearly that the quickest way to invite harm to oneself is to harm another.

if all people - not just girls - were taught to value, preserve, guard and increase their own best happiness at every moment, we would have pay justice tomorrow. because we'd all see in an instant that tolerating overpayunderpay is centimating our happiness every second. economic injustice is legal theft is stealing from others is creating yourself an environment of violent struggle: the robbed will never stop trying to get justice and the fight is ever-escalated by both sides.

if we teach our daughters (and sons) to respect themselves properly, they will plan their lives better, and most will decide to delay childbearing.

our specie's trouble is that we are not NEAR sane self-interest anymore - thanks to the false words of churchmen.

would that people knew that "inherit the kingdom of heaven" means grow up and become the god of your own life!
